8.1 Adding Commissions

There are a few places you enter in commission into a lead in Horizon2.

The Finance Commission (Excl. GST) get added on the Products tab under Loan Details.

The commissions for any Warranty’s and Insurance’s sold are entered on the Products tab with the policy you have sold.

The last Commission you will need to enter is Referrer Commission. To enter this, go to the Commissions/Fees tab. If you have entered in a Referrer earlier in the deal you will have a red line to add in the Referrer Commission amount. Click on to open up this record.

Once the record is open you will be asked to enter in the amount excluding GST and then click on . The red line will then disappear and the Referrer Commission about will be entered.

8.2 Adding Fees

All fees for a loan populate based on the lender that you have chosen to submit the deal to. These populate on the Products tab under the Financial Details section.

The Brokerage Fee will populate at the maximum brokerage fee you can charge for the lender you have chosen. Application Fee, PPSR and Monthly Fee are just some of the fee names that will populate in this area. You might notice that some boxes are editable and others are not. If you believe that one of the fees that cannot be edited is incorrect please Log an Issue with the lenders name and fee amount you believe it should be. The support team will then confirm the fee and update this fee accordingly.

8.3 Adding Hold backs and Signup Commissions

To add in any Hold backs or Signup Commissions go to the Commissions/Fee tab. On this tab all of the commissions you have entered on previous tabs display. To add a hold back or signup commission click

A new screen will then open. You will need to select Transaction Type from a drop down box:

Expense – Referrer Commission

Expense – Sign Up Person Commission

Expense – Hold Back

Select option to enter and a new box will display. The box will either be called:

Referrer

Sign Up Person

Hold Back Reason

Click on relevant reason from the drop down box and enter in the amount excluding GST then click . New record will then show in the Commission/Fees table.
