Horizon2 Module 5: Electronic Submissions

5.1 Submissions to Macquarie

In order to submit a deal to Macquarie you need to have the correct token created. If you do not have the correct token created you need to send an email to [email protected] with your MacLease ID. Horizon2 Support will contact Macquarie to get your token created. Once they have your token back they will email it to you. You will then need to add this token into Horizon2.

To do this the first thing you need to do is click on your name located at the top if the left side menu. Click on My Profile and your user profile will open. On the right had side is a section called Lender Credential Settings. Click on . A new screen will open.

From the Lender drop down box select Macquarie Leasing. In the Key/User Name box enter in the Macquarie token that was supplied to you by Horizon2 Support, then click . You are now set up to Submit deals to Macquarie through Horizon2.

When you click the Submit Appplicaion icon, , and financier is Macquarie Leasing you will now see two submit options.

You can continue to enter deals directly in the lenders system and then update Horizon to show that the deal has been submitted to lender by selecting the option.

If you select the deal will be automatically submitted to Macquarie using the credentials of the logged in user. If the logged in user does not have credentials set up in Horizon they will not see the option to .

If the application submission is rejected by Macquarie you will receive a warning message and details of what missing information is required for the submission.

Click to accept the warning and update Horizon2 with the required information before attempting to resubmit.

NB: If there are multiple errors you may want to make a record of what information you need to update.

After you click Horizon2 will attempt to submit the deal to Macquarie.

NB: Please be patient, this may take up to 10 seconds.

Once the deal is submitted successfully you will receive a Success response and the status of the deal will automatically be updated to

The deal will now appear in Maclease in a Submitted status.

You will need to log in to Maclease to get the contract documents, these will not come back electronically.

NB: You may want to review the deal in Maclease to ensure you are happy with the submission.

The Products tab will also be updated with the Macquarie application number and the details of who submitted the deal and when. Horizon2 will only allow the

electronic submission to the lender once per deal. If you attempt to again you will receive an error message. Any updates to the deal after initial submission will need to be made directly via the lenders system.

You will be able to send Supporting Documents electronically via Horizon2 when submitting your deals to Macquarie. This function is available on Consumer and Commercial applications.

If you have your Privacy in the Compliance Documents section you will need to add this to the Supporting Documents to be able to send it to Macquarie. To do this Click on the Copy button, , located on the line of the Privacy Consent. The Privacy will then be visible in the Supporting Documents.

Once they are attached click . The Submit Application Summary Screen will open.

Under Lender Note List is a new section called Supporting Documents. Tick the boxes for the documents you want to send with the application, answer all

questions then click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Macquarie.

If the application submits successfully you will see this message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen. The Financier Reference Number will populate with the date and time the deal was submitted.

Your application has been successfully submitted to Macquarie however your documents are still on the way. In the image below you will see that the documents are still Pending. You do not need to stay in the application until they are sent.

When the documents have been successfully sent to Macquarie you will receive two notifications:

1. A blue pop up in the bottom right corner of the screen

2. In the Notification Bell

You will then be able to go into the application by clicking on one of these notification and confirm via the Documents tab that the documents have been sent successfully.

N.B. Macquarie will only accept documents under 7MB and only supports document types of pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp.

5.2 Submissions to Liberty

In order to submit a deal to Liberty you need to have your LoanNet ID entered into Horizon2.

To do this the first thing you need to do is click on your name located at the top if the left side menu. Click on My Profile and your user profile will open. On the right had side is a section called Lender Credential Settings. Click on . A new screen will open.

From the Lender drop down box select Liberty. In the Key/User Name box enter in your LoanNet ID, then click . You are now set up to Submit deals to Liberty through Horizon2.

When you click button and financier is Liberty you will now see two submit options.

You can continue to enter deals directly in the lenders system and then update Horizon2 to show that the deal has been submitted to lender by selecting the option.

If you select the deal will be automatically submitted to Liberty using the credentials of the logged in user. If the logged in user does not have credentials set up in Horizon2 they will not see the option to .

Questions For Liberty

In order to be able to submit a deal to Liberty you need to answer Yes or No to the

Questions For Liberty.

To answer Yes or No click theappropriate radio button.

For a Liberty Submission you need to enter the below into the application:

At least 2 telephone numbers per applicant

Phone number for Employer

Phone number for Employer Contact

After you click Horizon2 will attempt to submit the application to Liberty. This may take up to 10 seconds.

If the application is rejected by Liberty you will receive a warning message and details of what is missing from the submission.

Click OK to accept the warning and update Horizon2 with the required information before you submit again.

NB: There might be multiple errors in the message so you may want to make a note of what information you need to update.

Once the application has been successfully submitted you will get success response. The status of the application will update to .

The Financier Reference Number will then populate. It will also be date and

time-stamped and include the name of the broker that submitted the deal.

The deal will now be submitted to Liberty. You will not be able to see your deal in LoanNet. You will need to log into Liberty IQ using your LoanNet credentials.

5.3 Submissions to Money3

In order to submit a deal directly to Money3 you need to have credentials created. If you do not have the credentials created you will need to contact [email protected] requesting them. Horizon2 Support will contact Money3 to arrange the correct credentials. Horizon2 Support will then enter the details into Horizon2 and inform you once completed.

Complete your application up to the end of the Preliminary Assessment with Money 3 selected as the Lender on the Products tab. Attach any documents you want to send to Money3 to the Supporting Documents in the Documents tab. Once they are attached click . The Submit Application Summary Screen will open. Under Lender Note List is a new section called Supporting Documents for Money 3. Tick the boxes for the documents you want to send with the application then click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Money3.

If the application submits successfully you will see the below message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen. The Financier Reference Number will populate with the date and time the deal was submitted.

Your application has been successfully submitted to Money3 however your documents are still on the way. In the image below you will see that the documents are still Pending. You do not need to stay in the application until they are sent.

When the documents have been successfully sent to Money3 you will receive two notifications:

1. A blue pop up in the bottom right corner of the screen

2. In the Notification Bell

You will then be able to go into the application by clicking on one of these notifications and confirm via the Documents tab that the documents have been sent successfully.

N.B. Any documents that have been sent to Money3 cannot be deleted.

5.4 Submissions to Pepper

In order to submit a deal directly to Pepper you need to have your Solana Username and Password entered into Horizon2.

To do this the first thing you need to do is click on the person icon located at the top right side of the screen. Click on My Profile and your user profile will open. On the right had side is a section called Lender Credential Settings. Click on . A new screen will open.

From the Lender drop down box select Pepper Asset Finance. In the Key/User Name box enter in your Solana ID, enter your Solana Password then click You are now set up to Submit deals to Pepper through Horizon2.

To submit electronically to Pepper, there are some additional fields you need to fill out.

Employment Industry and Occupation on the applicants tab.

Employer Contact Number and Address on the applicants tab.

Confirm you have entered the Driver License Number on the applicant tab.

If Company or Trust Applicant, enter the Company Registered Address, Main Business Activity and Company Accountant Details

Confirm you completed the Compliance Date and Asset Registration State on the Security tab.

Select Pepper as the Lender on the Products tab. Confirm you completed the Risk Tier field on the Products tab.

Complete your application and upload any relevant documents.

Once completed click .

Confirm all the details are correct then click which of the supporting documents you want to send with your application by ticking the box next to the document.

Then complete the Questions For Pepper and Questions For Applicant. On Consumer Applications If you have multiple Applicants you will need to complete Questions For Applicant for each applicant.

Once completed click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Pepper.

If the application submits successfully, you will see the below message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen. The Financier Reference Number will populate with the date and time the deal was submitted.

5.5 Submissions to Plenti

In order to submit a deal directly to Plent Auto you need to have a Partner ID entered into Horizon2. To organise this please email [email protected]. Horizon2 Support will contact Plenti to arrange the correct credentials. Horizon2 Support will then enter the details into Horizon2 and inform you once completed.

Complete your application up to the end of the Preliminary Assessment with Plenti selected as the Lender on the Products tab.

Once confirmed click . The Submit Application Summary Screen will open for you to confirm details. Once completed click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Plenti.

If the application submits successfully you will see the below message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen.

N.B You will need to enter the Financier Reference number once provided.

After you submit your application to Plenti via Horizon2 you will need to log into the Plenti system to complete the application before submitting it.

You will need to add:

  • Account Details

  • Attach Supporting Documentation

5.6 Submissions to Metro Finance

In order to submit a deal directly to Metro you need to have your Metro Username and Password entered into Horizon2.

To do this the first thing you need to do is click on the person icon located at the top if the right side menu. Click on My Profile and your user profile will open. On the right had side is a section called Lender Credential Settings. Click on . A new screen will open.

From the Lender drop down box select Metro Finance. In the Key/User Name box enter in your Metro ID, enter your Metro Password then click . You are now set up to Submit deals to Metro through Horizon2.

Complete your application with Metro selected as the Lender on the Products tab.

Once confirmed click . The Submit Application Summary Screen will open for you to confirm details.

Answer all the Questions For Metro Finance.

Once completed click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Metro. If the application submits successfully you will see the below message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen.

After you submit your application to Metro via Horizon2 you will need to log into the Metro system to complete the application before submitting it.

5.7 Submissions to Finance One

In order to submit a deal directly to Finance One you need to have your Prime Username entered into Horizon2. For Finance One you will need to add the same credentials in for 2 Lenders:

  • Finance One for Consumer Applications

  • Finance One Commercial for Commercial Applications

To do this the first thing you need to do is click on the person icon located at the top if the right side menu. Click on My Profile and your user profile will open. On the right had side is a section called Lender Credential Settings. Click on . A

new screen will open.

From the Lender drop down box select Finance One. In the Key/User Name box enter in your Prime ID then click . Repeat these steps but select Finance One Commercial and the Lender. You are now set up to Submit deals to Finance One through Horizon2.

Complete your application with Finance One or Finance One Commercial selected as the Lender on the Products tab.

Confirm you have written commentary in Credit History Details around the applicants credit file on the Applicants tab under Credit Report Search.

Attach all supporting documents to the application on the Documents tab. C

Once the above is all confirmed click . The Submit Application Summary Screen will open for you to confirm details.

Tick the Supporting documents you want to send with your Application to Finance One. If you do not want to send a specific document do not tick it.

Answer all the Questions For Finance One.

N.B. Some questions will be different depending on information entered into the application. Some information will also populate from what you have entered into the application but will be editable.

Once completed click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Finance One.

If the application submits successfully you will see the below message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen.

Your application will submit straight through to Submitted. You will receive an email from Finance One with the application. You will not be able to log into Prime to make any adjustments.

5.8 Electronic Submissions to Now Finance

To submit a deal directly to Now Finance, advise Horizon2 Support that you are accredited for a broker code to be created.

Complete your application up to the end of the Preliminary Assessment on Consumer Applications. Select Now Finance as the Lender on the Products tab. Confirm you have filled out the Employment Contact Number for any current and previous employers on the Applicants Tab.

Click the submit button when you are ready.

Confirm all the details are correct then click which of the supporting documents you want to send with your application by ticking the box next to the document.

Then complete the Questions For Now Finance.

Once completed click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Now Finance.

If the application submits successfully you will see the below message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen. The Financier Reference Number will populate with the date and time the deal was submitted.

5.9 Electronic Submission to Society One

In order to submit a deal directly to Society One you need to have a Broker ID entered into Horizon2. To organise this please email [email protected]. Horizon2 Support will contact Society One to arrange the correct credentials. Horizon2 Support will then enter the details into Horizon2 and inform you once completed.

Complete your application up to the end of the Preliminary Assessment with Society One selected as the Lender on the Products tab.

Once confirmed click . The Submit Application Summary Screen will open for you to confirm details. Once completed click . Your deal will then commence electronic submission to Society One.

If the application submits successfully you will see the below message. Click OK to proceed.

You will also be able to see that the deal has been successful on the Products screen.
