OPPORTUNITY PIPELINE, WORKFLOWS, TASKS

The Opportunity Pipeline delivers consistency and clarify along with a host of features to improve your workflow. Immediately within the pipeline you will be able to see a summary of where your deals are at and update them all in the one place.

Card Snapshots

The cards have are designed for better layout, with information such as Opportunity Due by Date and Next Task Due by Date. We've also introduced new colours to signal urgency and highlight importance.

Fly Out Menu

The flyout menu displays checklists that contain tasks. You can see all the information on the clients file without having to open the file. Users can also add notes on the go, or need to jot down important information on a client account.

Task Checklists

Tasks are nestled inside checklist and users can choose to automatically apply template checklist through the workflow screen.

All users can design custom tasks and checklists.

Automated Workflows

Probably the most powerful feature of our Opportunity Pipeline is the Automated Workflow tool. All users can create their own workflow and automate it based on conditions and triggers.

For instance, users will be able to create a checklist of tasks and set up an automated email communication (options will extend to SMS with upcoming enhancements).

As certain steps need to be taken before an automation is set, clarity has been a priority in creating screens for Workflows. Clear labels, descriptions and tooltips are provided every step of the way to ensure users are confident in every interaction.
