Email templates
Creating effective email templates is crucial for ensuring clear communication and maximising engagement. Within Infynity you can create your own set of templates that you want to use when emailing your clients from within Infynity.
Here are some tips for building good email templates in Infynity
Subject Line
Be Concise and Clear: Aim for 6-10 words that clearly convey the purpose of the email.
Body
Introduction: Start with a friendly greeting and a brief introduction to set the tone.
Main Message: Clearly state the purpose of the email.
Personalisation: Include the recipient's name or other personalised details.
Signoff: Finish with a friendly signoff.
Signature (this is uploaded into Infynity and automatically attached to all emails sent from Infynity) Upload your custom signature via the Admin >> Settings Tab >> Customise Email Signature
Contact Information: Provide email, phone, and business address for easy contact.
Branding: Include your logo and company name to establish trust and recognition.
Navigation: Provide links to your website, social media, or other relevant pages.
Legal Information: Include disclaimers, privacy policy links or opt-out option if necessary.
How to create email templates in Infynity
It is a straightforward process, starting with:
- Going to the Marketing Tab
- Then into Templates Tab
• Here you will see a set of default templates that are available for your review and editing (if required). They are available for you to use as is, or if edit the body of the default email to your version, save it and then that will be the version that you can use going forward.
• You can also create your own email templates to use when emailing clients.
1. Add new template
2. Select a category for your template
3. Give your template a name
4. Give your template a subject line
5. Start to create the body of your template, starting with the salutation that you want to use with your clients
6. Then use the auto fill fields, which will then populate personal details from the client profile into the email when sending to clients
7. Always preview the email to make sure you are happy with the look and feel of the email
8. Save changes, and your new template is then available to be use when emailing clients from within Infynity.
Email templates can also be created and used within your Opportunity Pipeline workflow to automate email updates to your clients. Within the Education tab, you will find the tutorial recording on how to create the Opportunity Pipeline and workflows.
How to email a client using a template in Infynity
Within a client profile, go to the right toolbar and use “send Email/SMS” feature to select your template and email the clients
