Creating a Client in Infynity

Every broker likes to work differently and has their own way of creating and maintaining their clients. At Oxcel we provide different options for you, when it comes to establishing your client within Infynity. You can create a new lead or

a new client account. Which way you choose to start with, is entirely up to you and your own processes.

Below we explain the two different ways available.

Within Infynity, you can keep separate CRM lists on Leads and Clients. You can view your clients via the Account tab >> Manage Accounts

New Lead

If you select to start the process by creating a new lead, you are creating a contact.

  • You can create the number of applicants and guarantors as required

  • Collect their personal contact information

  • You can add notes

  • You have access to the Account Options tab, where you can complete some initial functions like issuing a Credit Guide, sending emails and access to some calculators

If your client doesn’t proceed with an application, you can continue to keep them as a lead within your CRM to nurture them for any future lending requirements.

If your client is going to proceed with a loan application, you will need to convert them into a full Client Account.

- Select this option from the top right

New Client Account

If you select to start the process by creating a new Client Account, you are creating the full account from the beginning and have access to all the necessary features and functionality to complete the loan application process from start to finish.

  • You can create the number of applicants and guarantors as required

  • Collect the client’s personal contact information and financial information

  • You can request electronic fact find documents to be completed by the clients

  • You have access to the full Account Options tab, where you can complete functions like issuing a Credit Guide, sending emails, requesting fact find, requesting a credit report, and access to all calculators and functions

  • You can complete the SOCA (Statement of Credit Assistance) document

  • Pass the application through to the Lender via ApplyOnline

  • The client account will appear in your Opportunity Pipeline and any automated workflows that have been created

  • You can settle your client account and get paid your commission

  • Create referrals for other services like Honey Insurance, Smart Select etc

Additional Information

  • Both Lead and Clients will appear within your Contacts tab

  • You can set up tasks and follow ups on either a Lead or a Client Account. Tasks will appear on the home page and also within Activities tab

  • The client list report (generated from the Reports tab) will display all Leads and Client Accounts as required

  • Leads will NOT appear within your Opportunity Pipeline, only Client Accounts that have an opportunity status will appear
