e-signature feature within Infynity

e-signature functionality is available for the SOCA and Credit Quote documents. We are using Annature as the platform. e-sign is enabled on all brokers accounts.

Sending an eSign Document

- Create the document (available on the SOCA and Credit Quote) and generate it as normal

- On the ‘Client Form’s tab – Click on the button “Send for e-sign”

- A pop up will open showing the price and requires the broker to confirm the request

-

- If successful, within the Client Forms tab, you will see the status of the document change to “Sent”

- An email is sent to each applicant in the document that requires to sign it. When they have, the status will change to “Signed”

- The Signed document will appear in the Client Documents folder for the associated loan

- The broker will receive an email from Annature notifying of the completed document
