Controlling 3rd Party Referrals in Infynity
Once you are accredited with our 3rd Party partners, you can activate an automated process to help ensure you don’t miss any opportunities to assist clients with additional services and to streamline the 3rd party referral process for you in Infynity.
Once a loan is unconditionally approved, Infynity automatically starts the referral process with the selected 3rd party referral partner.
How to activate the automated 3rd Party Referral process
Within Infynity under the Admin >> Settings tab, you will be able to check that the toggle has been turned on for this feature, for the applicable partners.
- Log into Infynity
- Go to the Admin Tab then Settings
- Click on the 3rd Party Referrals tab
- Toggle on for the applicable service
White = OFF (no automated referrals sent by Infynity)
Green = ON (automated referrals are sent by Infynity, once the loan is unconditionally approved)
Automation currently available for Honey and SmartMe.
Within the SOCA, your selected recommended products will be automatically added to the SOCA, and it will trigger the automated process once the loan is unconditionally approved.
If you choose to NOT automate this referral feature, you must still disclose the other recommended products within the SOCA by using the “add”button (as applicable)
You would then have to manually request the referral by following the manual process below.
Referrals Dashboard
You can view and track your automated referrals via the referrals dashboard.
Third Party Products, Manual Referral Process
If you choose not to activate the auto referral process, you can still create a manual referral at any time by using one of the following manual referral options within Infynity.
(1) From within the Loans & Products tab – complete the “create referral” option OR
(2) From the right account options tab, select “create referral” and complete the details.
The manual process is available across:
- Honey Insurance
- SmartMe
- AIA
Select the referral type and complete the relevant broker acknowledgments then “Send Referral” The referral will be recorded under the client profile.
