11.1 Manage your Personal Details
As a user you can update your contact details in Horizon2. Click on the person icon, 
, on the right side of the screen.
A new ribbon will open. Click on My Profile.
My Profile will then open. On this page, you will see your name, login details, contact details, licence type and lender credentials settings.
Enter in your updated contact details then click 
. You will then get a Save message, click 
11.2 Change your Password
To change your password, type in your new password into the Password and Confirm Password fields. Passwords must be minimum 8 characters, including at least one special character, one number, one lowercase and one uppercase letter. Once both fields are updated click 
. You will then see a Save successfully message, click
11.3 Forgot Password
If you are attempting to log in and have forgotten your password there is the option for you to click 
A new screen will display. You need to enter:
Login Name*
Email*
Then click 
. You will then get a message, click 
then check your email.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions.
When you click on the link you will be asked to enter in a new password then confirm the password then click 
. You will then get a message Success: Reset Password Successfully. Please proceed click 
. You will be taken back to the main log in screen and will be able to log in. If you still experience issues please Log an Issue.
11.4 Manage your Lender Credentials
In My Profile you can manage your lender logins for lenders that you can push deals to directly from Horizon2. On the right hand side there is a section called Lender Credential Settings. To add in credentials click 
. From a drop down box select the Lender*, add in your Key/User Name* then click 
11.5 Customise the design of your screen
There are two ways you can customise the design of your screen. The first is changing the theme. On the right has side of the screen there is a cog.
Click this and you will have a few different theme options to pick from. Some buttons and application numbers along with the menu will then become the colour you select.
If you are working on a small laptop screen or prefer your application takes up more of the screen space you can minimise the navigation men to remove the works and show icons only. There are 2 ways you can do this.
By clicking the Adjust Navigation icon located to the right of the Horizon2 Logo
By clicking the Setting Cog next to the Create button and turn ON Adjust Navigation.
