This module will explain how to navigate the Home screen and the Dashboard. On the Home screen you will be able to see the 5 latest deals you have in progress and start a New Lead or Application. On the dashboard you will see how easy it is to change the view from your Region/Branch results to your own individual results. You will also see how you can change the graph view to isolate certain periods within the month.

2.1 Understanding the Home screen
The Home screen is the first page you see when you log into Horizon2. It will be customised with your Company Logo. From this screen you will be able to:
Create a New Lead
Create a New Application
Complete a Glass’s Search
Search for Application
See My last 5 deals in progress
Creating a lead or application is simple. Click the words

and the lead/application will load.
You will be able to see your last 5 deals under the section My last 5 deals in progress. The app number is a hyperlink that will take you into the application.
2.2 Understanding the Dashboard
The Dashboard is designed to give an overview of how your Region and you, as an individual, are tracking for the Current Month.
The Dashboard is broken down into eight different sections:
Number of Settled Deals
Stats
Deals by Referrer
Deals by Financier
Insurance Sales
Insurance Penetration
Last deal Settled
Top 3 brokers with the Highest NAF
Number of Settled Deals
The Number of Settled Deals graph will display the Number Settled deals per day and the Total NAF for those deals.
Stats
In this section of the Dashboard you will see:
Total Deals Settled
Total NAF
Average NAF
Finance Commission – Gross
Insurance Commission
Net Income
You will also see additional graphs displaying the following information.
Deals by Referrer - Deals by Referrer graph will display the amount of deals you have Settled for each referrer and the Amount Paid to dealers.
Deals by Financier - The Deals by Financier graph will show the Number of settled deals with each Financier along with the Total NAF settled with that Financier.
Insurance Sales - The Insurance Sales pie chat will show you a breakdown of insurances sold for your Region.
Insurance Penetration - The Insurance Penetration field shows the average number of products sold per deal against the budget of 1.3 products per deal.
Who settled the last deal and Top 3 Brokers with the Highest NAF Section
The Last settled deal section will display the broker’s name that settled the last deal for your Region. The Top 3 Brokers with the Highest NAF will display a list of the brokers that have settled deals with the highest NAF across your Region.
2.3 Changing between the Regions results and your own results
On the Dashboard you will have 2 different viewing options:
Region View (default)
Own View
To change the view to your own results click on

. You will then see how you are tracking for the Current Month.
You can then change the view back to the Region results by clicking

2.4 Changing results to a different Region
If you has access to more than one Region you can click on the Region drop down box, select the Region you want to see.
