Oxcel Broker Services now offers a streamlined process specifically designed for brokers handling Asset Finance and Personal Lending. You can now easily create your tax invoices directly from your Oxcel Broker Services account—update them anytime, save as drafts, and seamlessly submit them to claim your commission once the deal has settled.
To help you get started, we’ve prepared a simple, step-by-step guide that walks you through the entire process of generating and submitting your tax invoices with ease.
Process Overview
Follow these simple steps:
Log in and initiate your commission claim
Complete all required information accurately
Generate your tax invoice
Review and download your invoice
Submit your claim
Confirm your submission
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Initiate Your Commission Claim
Log in to your Oxcel Broker Portal.
Navigate to the Commission Claim area.
Click New Commission Claim.
Step 2: Complete Required Fields
Fill in all mandatory fields on the commission claim form accurately.
Ensure the information is correct to activate the next step.
Step 3: Generate Your Tax Invoice
Click on the Create Tax Invoice button (activated once all fields are complete).
Wait briefly for the system to generate your invoice.
Step 4: Review and Download Your Tax Invoice
Once generated, review your invoice displayed on-screen.
Use the provided Download icon to save the invoice for your records.
Once updated, you can now check the Draft (Awaiting claim) on the Commission Claim Dashboard
Step 5: Submit Your Claim
Click on Submit Claim after verifying the details.
A pop-up window titled Submit Claim will appear.
Step 6: Confirm Your Submission
Review the information in the pop-up carefully.
Confirm your submission by clicking Yes.
Your claim will then enter the "Draft (Pending Claim)" status for admin review.
Important Reminders
Invoice Creation: The invoice button will activate only after completing all required fields.
Invoice Record: Always download your generated tax invoice for personal record-keeping.
Submission Confirmation: Completing the pop-up confirmation step is mandatory.
Claim Status: After confirmation, your claim moves to Draft (Pending Claim).
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Invoice Button Disabled: Double-check all mandatory fields for completeness and accuracy.
Invoice Generation Failure: Ensure all provided information is accurate, refresh your page, and retry.
Submission Issues: Clear browser cache and cookies, and attempt again.
