1. Authorised Use
The Oxcel logo may only be used by brokers, employees, franchisees, and authorised third parties with prior approval.
Requests for logo files can be sent to the IT department at [email protected].
Approved formats include high-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector files (EPS, AI, SVG), provided in the following variations:
Full-Colour: For use on light backgrounds.
Reversed (White): For use on dark backgrounds.
Black-and-White: For monochrome applications.
Important: To improve readability and professionalism, make sure the logo has enough clean space surrounding it.
2. Prohibited Usage
The following usage are strictly forbidden in order to safeguard the Oxcel brand:
Distortion: Stretching, compressing, rotating, or altering the logo’s proportions.
Effects: Adding shadows, gradients, or outlines.
Unauthorised Backgrounds: Putting the logo on patterns or colours that reduce readability.
Combination with Other Logos: Merging the Oxcel logo with another brand’s logo without written approval.
Misrepresentation: Using the logo in ways that misrepresent Oxcel’s values, services, or affiliations.
Unethical Contexts: Associating the logo with unauthorised, deceptive, or unethical activities, such as false advertising.
3. Permissions and Violations
Approval: Any usage outside these guidelines requires prior written approval from Oxcel’s management.
Access: Official logo files are provided upon request by the IT department and must not be shared with unauthorised parties.
Violations:
First Offence: Warning and required correction.
Repeated Offences: Suspension of usage rights or legal action.
